The St. Regis Wilderness Area is a pond hopper’s paradise. Many of the carries are short and most routes can be done as an unencumbered day trip. The classic is the seven carries route, a nine-mile trek from Little Clear Pond to Paul Smiths, traversing ten lakes and ponds.

Saranac Inn is no longer in existence, however the golf course still is. It is an 18-hole course designed by renowned Scottish Pro and Architect Seymour Dunn. The Saranac Inn Golf and Country Club was awarded 2006 Golf Digest Best Places to Play. The course is within a five-minute stroll of these properties.

Church Pond is accessible easily year round.
Saranac Lake Village 20 minutes.
Lake Placid 30 minutes.
Adirondack Regional Airport 10 minutes

Two adjoining waterfront parcels of wooded land on a no-motor pond in the St. Regis Canoe Area in the Saranac Lakes Wild Forest. Each level parcel consists of 1.25 acres. Waterfrontages are 235 feet and 181 feet. The pond itself is 60 feet deep suitable for swimming, fishing and enjoying wonderful views. Church Pond has no public access areas, the waters of Church Pond are reserved for those fortunate enough to own property on its shores. Suitable for the construction of a single-family residence, dock, and accessory structures, this opportunity gives you the freedom to build what you wish.
