 Located 10 minutes from Interstate 87, on route 9 directly on Schroon Lake. A gently sloping site of 1.14 acres with 149 feet of lakefront. There is a nice section of gradual sand beach along the shoreline. There are two buildings on the property, a sleeping building and a living building.
